JAHSIEM ROVER

Owner/Head Personal Trainer

Jahsiem Rover was born in Prince George's County, Maryland, and raised in New Jersey. He is a man of HONOR, LOVE, and DISCIPLINE. Coming from a single parent household with only his mother, he understood the sacrifice, love and patience needed to move forward in life.

Growing up in sports, Jahsiem learned to be mentally and physically tough, disciplined, and the importance of team work. During his time at Burlington Township, Jahsiem was a star Cornerback on the football team and won Defensive Player of the Year during his final year.

Jahsiem attended Rowan University where he played football as a Scholar-Student-Athelete. Jahsiem took on the major of Exercise Science with the focus on Health Promotion and Fitness Management. Jahsiem is now an AAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer and is continuing education within this field.

Some leadership roles where Jahsiem has been apart of throughout his adolescent years include being a member of Sigma Beta Club of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc, a Youth Football Camp Advisor, and a High School Student Teacher. Currently, Jahsiem also volunteers as a Youth Football Coach.

BRANDON ANDERSON

Personal Trainer

Brandon is a native of Willingboro, NJ and a proud alumnus and Scholar-Athlete of Edinboro University where he received a B.A in General Studies. While pursuing goals to reach the NFL, Anderson runs a health and fitness center helping others achieve physical and mental wellness.


Anderson has a strong focus on educating atheletes on the science of the body and proper nutrition. Anderson has matriculated many accomplishments over the course of High School to Present Day. He recieved 2 Time All-American and 3 Time First Team All PSAC Safety. He was selected for Holy Cross Player of the Year, Finalist for the Cliff Harris Award, Brooks Irvine Division II Player of the Year, Burlington County Division II Player of the Year and Edinboro Defensive Player of the Year.

Furthermore, Anderson was named to the 2019 AFCA Division II Coaches' All-American Team along with 3 Time D2CCA All-Super Region 1 Selection. He had 353 career tackles, finishing ninth in all of Edinboro University's history.
